چکیده

Abstract The nematode Nothacrobeles lanceolatus was described in arid soils from Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, province of Almería (Spain). Since then this species has not been found again. In study, new data on the distribution and morphological, morphometrical molecular characteristics (based 18S 28S ribosomal DNA) N . is provided. This characterized by having a tessellated cuticle, with its inner layer bearing two rows cuticular punctations per annulus, lips quadrangular eight pinnae, labial probolae bifurcate divergent prongs surrounded pharynx corpus 2.5–4.0 times isthmus length, post-vulval uterine sac 1.4–2.2 corresponding body diameter, female male tails conical, conical mucro acute terminus. phylogenetic position related genus discussed. Additionally, bacteria ( Pasteuria ) fungi Catenaria , Nematocida feeding are showed including light microscopy scanning electron illustrations.

Description of Pseudacrobeles (Pseudacrobeles) curvatus sp. n. (Cephalobidae: Rhabditida) in South Korea.

Pseudacrobeles (Pseudacrobeles) curvatus sp. n. was collected from potato fields in Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. The new species shares morphological characters typical of the genus Pseudacrobeles, including three lateral incisures that fade posteriorly near the phasmid openings. The new species differs from other Pseudacrobeles species by its smaller body size and a comparatively shorter cor...

Description of Paracrobeles deserticola sp. n. and Nothacrobeles hebetocaudatus sp. n. (Nematoda: Rhabditida: Cephalobidae) from Iran and the phylogenetic relationships of these two species.

Two new species of nematodes belonging to the family Cephalobidae (Nematoda, Rhabditida) are described from natural areas in the province of Kerman, Iran. Paracrobeles deserticola sp. n. is characterized by its body length of 0.48-0.60 mm in females and 0.47-0.66 mm in males, cuticle annulated and weakly tessellated into rectangular blocks with striae discontinuous across annulations, lateral f...

Morphological and Ecological Characterization of Steinernema feltiae (Rhabditida: Steinernematidae) Rioja Strain Isolated from Bibio hortulanus (Diptera: Bibionidae) in Spain.

A new strain of Steinernema feltiae (Rhabditida: Steinernematidae) was isolated in La Rioja (Spain) from larvae of Bibio hortulanus (Diptera: Bibionidae). A comparative morphometric analysis of this new strain and four additional S. feltiae isolates was performed. Although significant differences in morphometric measurements were observed, PCR-RFLP profiles and sequence analysis of the ITS regi...

Characterization of Dictyocaulus species (Nematoda: Trichostrongyloidea) from three species of wild ruminants in northwestern Spain.

Specimens of Dictyocaulus spp. were extracted from the respiratory tracts of 3 ruminant hosts including roe deer (Capreolus capreolus), red deer (Cervus elaphus), and chamois (Rupicapra rupicapra) from wild populations in the province of Le6n, northwestern Spain. The near-complete nuclear small-subunit ribosomal RNA gene, and 2 regions of the large-subunit ribosomal RNA gene, were amplified by ...
